Gosfield Hall with Anna & Sithu on their wedding day

An amazing venue and an amazing couple. Anna's mum Gill called me up around 4 months ago and asked whether or not I was able to photograph her daughters wedding on September 24th. After a quick look in the diary, I was glad to say that I could. Within the next few weeks I got to meet Anna and Gill where we discussed what I could do for them and show them some samples of my work.

Before we knew it Friday 24th September had crept upon us and we were shooting Anna in her bridal suite at Gosfield Hall. Ana had both Sam and I shooting their wedding, so whilst I ws photography Anna and her bridesmaids, Sam went off to capture the groom and his best man getting ready.

It was then off to Black Notley at Anna's childhood parish church for the ceremony before heading back to Gosfield Hall for the festivities. The rain had held off all day, up until we arrived!  Fortunately enough we had a fantastic venue to shoot in and a gorgeous couple to photograph.

Here are a few shots from the day, enjoy!

Clare & David are now Mr & Mrs Hoiles

After being a photographer to many weddings it is sometimes nice to just attend as a guest! However, I always feel that I should take my camera and often do. Although I did only have it with me during the ceremony so that I could enjoy the rest of the day with my better half!

The ceremony was held at St Albans Town Hall with the reception in Stoke Place near Windsor, which was a fantastic venue.

What can I say, we had a lovely time even with some dodgy dancing!

Both David and Clare looked amazing, congratulations and thank you :)

I hope you enjoy these few shots taken during the ceremony.

Phil and Jo tie the knot!

September 18th in Walthamstow, Phil and Jo chose as the date to be pronounced man and wife and what a lovely day it turned out to be. I started off at Phil and Jo's place in Walthamstow, getting some shots of Phil in a suit, which knowing Phil is something that doesn't happen that often! But both Phil and John, his brother and best man looked rather dapper, although between them they were stuck at tying a knot in their ties! Next up was Jo's grandma's house in Snaresbrook. A gorgeous house that was typical of a grandparents house, full of memories and photographs. After taking a few shots there og Jo and her Brides maids getting ready off we went to Walthamstow registry office. Phil was eagerly awaiting his new bride and before long the ceremony was over and they were now Mr & Mrs Shepherd.

All the guests that were not in the ceremony all turned up outside the registry office to catch them as they came out! It was only a short walk to Eat 17 where they held their reception, so off we trekked. After grabbing a few moments with Phil & Jo, we got to the venue where they welcomed their guests and drank champagne...lots of it too!

The evening whizzed by with everyone enjoying the company of the new Mr & Mrs.

Here are a few shots that were taken which were very informal but tell the story of the day. We hope you all enjoy them as much as we did taking them!

The new albums have arrived

Well finally our new GraphiStudio albums have arrived. What can I say, they look fantastic, extremely well put together and hand crafted with superb colour reproduction. In the next few days I'll take some shots of them and post them on here. So stay focused ;)
